His Holiness, Tenzin Gyatso, the Fourteenth Dalai Lama, is
the spiritual and temporal leader of the Tibetan people. He
has resided in exile in Dharamsala, India, since 1959, when
Chinese forces invaded Tibet.
Howard C. Cutler, M.D., received his medical degree from
the unicersity of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed
specialty training in psychiatry at Good Samaritan Medical
Center in Pheonix, and is a diplomate of the American Board
of Psychiatry and Neurology.
