Full Description – A-008 Cabinets Including 30 Spotlights
High-End Cabinet Construction
The cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, formed through laser cutting, bending and welding. It features a two-tier structure, with the upper layer serving as the display section.
The upper section employs a premium steel frame with ultra-clear tempered glass, achieving 91.5% transparency, minimal impurities and low self-breakage rates. The tempered glass meets national standards for building materials.
The upper part of the cabinet features vertically opening and closing doors, requiring high-quality pneumatic lift rods and electronic password locks. The lower section adopts a 180-degree swing door design, equipped with premium locks.
The cabinet base is fitted with four swivel casters, with a total load capacity of 800 kg.
The steel thickness of the cabinet body is ≥1.5 mm according to national standards.
Steel Specifications
Steel cabinets comply with the GB/T 3325-2017 General Technical Conditions for Metal Furniture standard, with an overall load capacity exceeding 200 kg.
Tensile strength (Rm): 315–430 MPa, or yield strength (ReL) ≥235 MPa, with elongation after fracture (A) ≥33%.
Lighting – 30 Spotlights
Each cabinet is equipped with 30 spotlights, consisting of half warm light and half white light.
- Power: 1W per spotlight
- Warm light: 2700K, suitable for warm-coloured minerals, including red, purple, yellow and orange specimens
- Cool/white light: 5000–6000K, suitable for mineral specimens such as fluorite and white minerals
- Condenser angle: 36°, providing concentrated light and improved penetration of the specimen
- Service life: Stable illumination for 5,000 hours of continuous use
- Luminaires comply with applicable national product standards
- The power supply system includes reliable overcurrent and overvoltage protection for long-term safe operation
- Lights can be directly installed on ordinary flammable material surfaces
- Lights must not shine directly onto visitors
Cabinet Surface Treatment
The cabinet surface uses a matte electrostatic powder coating process.
The cabinet undergoes a ten-step surface pretreatment process, including:
Pre-degreasing, degreasing, rinsing, pickling, rinsing, neutralisation, surface conditioning, phosphating, rinsing and passivation.
The finish is resistant to weathering and ageing.
Powder Coating & Welding
The surface uses spray powder coating. The ten-station process must not emit toxic or harmful odours that could cause environmental pollution in the showroom or potential harm to human health.
Formaldehyde content must be below 5 mg/kg and must not exceed applicable standards.
Cabinet colour can be supplied according to the customer’s requirements.
The welding section uses high-standard fusion welding to ensure a smooth and flat surface.
Safety & Intelligent System Integration
The single-action anti-tip design ensures that the cabinet’s centre of gravity does not shift or cause the cabinet to tip due to gravity.
The cabinet can also be integrated into a museum’s intelligent system, allowing energy consumption to be adjusted according to different operating conditions and enabling connection to an alarm system.
